The Loveland ArtSource is here!
Sage Moon has been heavily involved with the Downtown Loveland Association in the creation of Loveland's first arts community guide to help market us nationally. The debut issue (to be printed annually) features articles about the arts in Loveland as well as profiles of over 30 artists and artisans in the area. Come in to the gallery to get your complimentary copy today.
Changes, imaginings and exciting news
Spring sure has been slow in coming but my aspens finally turned green and people are cruising downtown during the occasional sunny day between gloomy ones. I'm more than ready (whether we need the #@*! moisture or not!)
May marks the 4th anniversary of our favorite local event - Night on the Town and we're celebrating. Our featured artist is Joseph Marler who shapes clay with his vivid, slightly bent imagination into fascinating characters, such as "Right Brain, Left Hook" seen below. Joe has been with the gallery since we opened and enjoys all kinds of mediums when he's not busy sharing his talent with high school students. Join Joe and other artists for this Friday's reception from 6 to 9 p.m.
We're expanding our greeting cards into an easier to peruse display. Can't afford the painting you want? All of our art cards are perfect for framing!
Sage Moon will celebrate 4 years next month and a party is in order! We'll keep you posted with details. Loveland artist Lyse Dzija will be our featured artist for June.
Keep the creativity alive and we'll see you at the Moon.

"Wading for an Answer" by Susan Richards. Susan enjoys painting 'snapshots' in time; creating an image that makes you wonder what happened, or is going to happen. She likes to ask "what's your story?" with or without words.
